Why must designers pay close attention to how color is utilized within a composition?
~Colors can help get a general feel or mood for a composition. You can emphasize other colors or parts of the design if you arrange your colors differently.

Why is the color wheel an important tool for graphic designers?

~You are able to see all the colors. You can see the primary, secondary, and tertiary colors. You know which colors are complementary. It also helps you when you are looking for specific color schemes.

I think the designer of this poster used neutral colors to help the viewer visualize the "sound waves" in this design. It is more emphasized since the wave is blue while the colors surrounding it are light grays and white.

How we do "see" the color of an object?

~Objects absorb or reflect one or more colors in the visible spectrum; the colors reflected are the ones we see.
